Message the WhatsApp number in the footer. It reaches the operator rather than a call centre, and Arabic-speaking support is available on the same number.
For the two questions that come up most, there are fuller answers elsewhere:
Questions we get asked
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. One figure covers the car, the driver-guide and everyone in it, up to six guests. It does not change if two of you travel instead of six.
How many vehicles do I need for my group?
One per six guests. Twelve people is two vehicles, twenty is four. Multi-vehicle bookings go through as a single order with one pickup window and one payment.
What currency am I charged in?
AED. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions to help you compare; the amount that reaches your card is in AED.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes. A deposit holds the date and the balance is settled on the day, or you can pay in full at booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to the window listed on each safari page — usually 24 hours before pickup, longer for overnight stays and camp hire because a private tent or the whole site is held for you. The window is enforced from your booking record.
Where do you pick up from?
Hotels and residences across Dubai. Tell us the address when you book and your guide confirms a pickup time the day before rather than giving you a two-hour window.
How long before pickup will I know the exact time?
The day before. Your guide contacts you directly.
What should I wear?
Loose long trousers, a breathable long-sleeved top, and closed shoes you can empty sand out of. From November to March bring a layer for after sunset.
Is the dune driving compulsory?
No. Say so at the safety brief and your driver takes the flat track to camp instead. You still get the sunset, the dinner and the evening.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. The camp kitchen is halal-only and a vegetarian option is standard. Anything else — allergies, vegan, gluten-free — goes on the booking and is confirmed back to you.
Is the food halal?
Yes, the kitchen is halal-only. There is no separate non-halal service.
Can we have a vehicle and seating with no music?
Yes, ask when you book. It covers both the vehicle and your table at camp.
Can we request an Arabic-speaking guide?
Yes. Ask when you book and one is assigned rather than hoped for. Arabic-speaking support is also available on our WhatsApp number.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, fitted before pickup at no charge. Tell us the children's ages when you book.
Is there mobile signal in the desert?
Patchy on the dune belt and generally workable at camp. Assume you will be offline during the drive.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Sandstorms and heavy rain are the two cases. If a route becomes unsafe we move the time or the date, or refund in full. We will not drive a dune belt we do not like the look of.
Do you run shared safaris?
No. Every trip is private. If a shared tour is what you actually want, we will say so rather than sell you a private one.
