Private camp hire means the camp is yours for the evening. Your guest list, your timings, your menu, and no other group arriving halfway through dinner.
It is the right answer above roughly thirty guests. Below that, a group desert safari gets you private vehicles and adjacent seating for less.
What you gain over a large convoy
- Timings. A standard camp evening runs to a programme. Yours does not.

- The menu. Agreed in advance rather than picked from a buffet.
What we are careful about
Weddings and family gatherings in the desert go wrong in two ways: power and sand. Amplified sound, lighting and catering equipment all need generator capacity planned in advance, and anything on wheels needs a route in. Both are solvable, but only with notice — which is why this page asks you to talk to us rather than click a button.

Questions we get asked
What does exclusive use actually mean?
No other guests on the site for the evening. Not a roped-off section of a busy camp — the camp.
What size group makes this worth it?
Above roughly thirty guests it is usually both simpler and better value than a long convoy of individual vehicles. Below that, a group desert safari is normally the better answer.
Can the whole evening be alcohol-free and fully halal?
Yes, and it is the default rather than a special request. The kitchen is halal and an alcohol-free site is the standard setup unless you ask otherwise.
Can we have no music at all?
Yes. Some families specifically want the desert quiet, and the camp can run with no music and no amplified sound.
How far ahead should we book?
As far as you can, and much further for the Eid and New Year periods, which fill first. The cancellation window is a week because the whole site is held for you.
Can we bring our own caterer or entertainer?
Talk to us. We can usually coordinate third parties on site, but we need to agree access, timings and power in advance.
