What changes on Eid dates
Not the desert. What changes is demand and what families need from the booking:
- Vehicles go before camp capacity does. Private bookings are constrained by the number of 4x4s, and on Eid that is the binding limit.
- Group sizes are larger. Three generations travelling together is normal, which means several vehicles on one booking rather than separate orders.
- Arrivals are late-notice. Families driving in from Saudi often book Thursday to Saturday at short notice. We hold some capacity for that rather than selling every slot months out.
- Privacy matters more, not less. Seating away from other groups, a halal-only kitchen, an alcohol-free site and a no-music option are the defaults here, not upgrades.
The honest advice
Book early. Eid and the New Year period are the only two windows where we routinely turn people away, and the vehicles are what run out. A late discount on these dates does not exist because it does not need to.
If your party is larger than about thirty, hiring the camp is both simpler and usually better value than a long convoy — one site, one arrival, one bill.

Questions we get asked
When should we book for Eid?
As early as you can. Eid and the New Year period are the two windows that genuinely sell out, and vehicles go before camp capacity does. Waiting for a late discount is not a strategy that works on these dates.
Can the whole evening be alcohol-free and halal?
Yes, and it is the default rather than a request. The kitchen is halal-only and the site is alcohol-free unless you ask otherwise.
Can we sit away from other groups?
Yes. Private seating is standard, and on Eid dates we set family seating with distance from other parties rather than at the edge of a busy area.
Do you have anything at short notice over a weekend?
Sometimes, especially Thursday to Saturday, which is when families driving in from Saudi tend to arrive. Message us on WhatsApp rather than assuming a gap means no.
Can we have a vehicle with no music?
Yes, and your seating at camp too. Ask when you book.
We are fifteen people. How does that work?
Three vehicles on one booking, with one pickup window and one payment, so the family travels together. Above about thirty guests, hiring the camp outright is usually simpler and better value.
