A corporate desert evening fails on admin far more often than on the desert. Forty people, twelve dietary requirements, an agenda with a speech in it, and a finance team that needs one invoice with a TRN on it.
So that is what this page is about. The safari itself is the standard private evening programme.
What companies actually need
- One invoice, with a TRN. Not thirty booking confirmations.
- A named coordinator. One person who knows the event, from quote to night.
- Timings against an agenda. Speech at 20:15 means vehicles leave at 15:45, not “late afternoon”.
- Dietary requirements in writing. Confirmed back to you before the night, because this is the thing that goes wrong at scale.
- A defensible default. Halal-only kitchen and an alcohol-free site, which for a mixed international team is usually the correct choice without anyone having to raise it.
Formats that work
Team offsite. Afternoon pickup, dune drive as the shared experience, dinner, back by ten. The dune drive does more for a team than any facilitated exercise, mostly because everyone is equally out of their depth.
Client dinner. Smaller, slower, VIP vehicles and private majlis seating. The desert is the hospitality; nobody is doing sandboarding.
Incentive evening. Larger, louder, and better served by hiring the camp so you control the sound and the timings completely.
Above thirty guests
Take the camp. A convoy of eight vehicles into a camp with other guests in it is more coordination for a worse evening than exclusive use of the site.

Questions we get asked
Can we get a single invoice with a TRN?
Yes. One invoice covering vehicles, catering and extras, with the TRN on it, issued to the entity you name. Not a stack of individual booking receipts.
Can you work to our agenda?
Yes, and that is usually the reason companies book privately. If dinner has to start at 19:30 because a speech is at 20:15, the vehicles leave at a time that makes that happen.
Is the evening alcohol-free?
By default, yes, and the kitchen is halal-only. For mixed international teams that is usually the right call anyway — tell us if your event needs something different and we will be straight with you about what is possible.
What happens with dietary requirements?
Collected in advance and confirmed back to you in writing before the night. On an event with forty guests this is the detail that gets missed, so we make it a document rather than a conversation.
How big can it be?
Above roughly thirty guests, hiring the camp outright is simpler and usually better value than a long convoy. See private camp hire.
Why is the cancellation window a week?
Vehicles, catering volumes and staffing are committed on your behalf. A week's notice lets us release them.
